Tim is a key member of the real estate practice area at MarksNelson, leading the real estate valuation, commercial property tax appeal, and market demand studies specialty groups. He partners with clients to secure credits and incentives, provide economic development guidance, and advise on state and local tax (SALT) savings opportunities. He is experienced in drafting real estate redevelopment plans, incorporating the developer’s goals and project requirements. And, he often advises on economic development incentive modeling and compliance requirements. He works with businesses across the U.S. of all sizes, including owners and developers of historic and low-income housing tax credit properties. In his more than 10 years dedicated to the commercial real estate industry he has developed a track record for building valuable relationships with local officials, supporting the activities he conducts on behalf of clients.
