Build Missouri Program

The BUILD Missouri Program provides financial incentives to reduce necessary infrastructure and equipment expenses for the location or expansion of a large business project.

Eligibility requirements:

• Minimum of $15 million investment from eligible industries in manufacturing, processing, assembly, research, and development, agricultural processing or services in interstate commerce
• Minimum of $10 million investment for office industry in an economic development project
• Creation of at least 100 new jobs for Economic Development project
• Creation of at least 500 jobs if the Economic Development project is office industry
• Creation of at least 200 jobs if Economic Development project is office industry located within distressed community
