KANSAS CITY, Mo. (January 5, 2016) – MarksNelson LLC accounting and consulting firm is pleased to announce the promotions of Brandi DiGiorgio, CPA, CGMA and Sara Stubler, CPA to partner.
DiGiorgio who leads the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution niche team has dedicated her more than 15-year career in public accounting to the service of the business industry. Her depth of experience includes managing audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures and consulting for a variety of companies.
Prior to joining MarksNelson in 2004, DiGiorgio worked in the audit department at a Big Four accounting firm and also served as a financial reporting manager for a publically held company.
“Brandi’s attention to client service as well as her significant expertise has been instrumental in the continued growth of our firm, especially in our Manufacturing and Distribution niche,” said Mark Radetic, managing partner of the firm. “She is a great example of our firm’s culture and will be an integral part of the future of MarksNelson.”
DiGiorgio is on the Kansas Society of CPAs Board of Directors and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Sara Stubler not only leads the firm’s International Tax Consulting group but was instrumental in its initial formation. She has nearly two decades of experience working primarily in the Manufacturing and Real Estate Industries. Her expertise in Corporate and International Tax includes planning, consulting, research and compliance for public and private companies.
Stubler joined MarksNelson in 2009. Previously, she worked as a Tax Manager at a Big Four accounting firm, as well as a local firm.
