Laura has been providing human resources support to professional services firms for more than 20 years. She has worked with people at all levels, touched all facets of human resources, and has been fortunate enough to work for national, international, and regional employers. Laura is particularly skilled at aligning HR strategy with business strategy, ensuring the programs, services and processes created in HR will help promote the needs, goals, and success of the Firm. She and her team are focused on constant improvement using the three Ps (Process, Programs and Policies) in order to build and support MarksNelson now and into the future.
