Drone use is taking off in the construction industry and showing no signs of slowing down. Recently, the unmanned air vehicles (“UAVs”) cleared a big hurdle as the Federal Aviation Administration issued the first set of regulations for commercial use. The move will allow companies to fly drones weighing less than 55 pounds without applying for FAA exemption.
