PROPERTY SERVICES PROFESSIONAL

Primarily property tax consulting on behalf of corporate clients to include review and analysis of real and personal property assessments; file appeals and represent clients through the appeal process; preparation of business personal property returns; analysis and summaries of fixed asset detail; preparation of appeal reports and forms, analytical reports and conclusion reports; manage workload with multiple deadlines in high energy environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years work experience in legal, finance, real estate or other professional services; proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet research; strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail; logical and analytical, capable of identifying problems and formulating solutions; capable of reading and understanding statutes and legal decisions and applying the information to specific situations. Valuation certification, education or experience is a plus.
