David Kaseff brings both accounting and legal experience to the areas of taxation, captive insurance, and alternative risk financing. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies and large privately held companies.
David joined MarksNelson in 2002 after his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he began a national captive insurance team and worked as an insurance specialist. As part of the national team, he assisted other members in dealing with the technical tax, business and implementation issues that arise during the establishment of a captive insurance company.
